About THis Bottle

Macallan 12 YO Double Cask is matured in a combination of American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry, a style that sits between Macallan’s classic sherry oak range and its lighter triple cask expressions. The American oak brings vanilla and citrus, while the European oak adds dried fruit and spice, giving a rounder, sweeter profile than a bourbon-only cask malt. It works well both as an introduction to Macallan and as an easy-drinking, sherry-influenced Speyside for regular pouring.

FINISH- Sweet oak carries through to a warm, spiced close.
