Glenfiddich Grand Cru is a 23 year old Speyside single malt matured in American and European oak casks, then given a further six months in French cuvée casks, the casks that previously held the base wine used to make Champagne. That final stage adds a fresher, more delicate character than Glenfiddich’s oak-only expressions. It suits someone who wants an older Glenfiddich but prefers a lighter, fruit-driven profile over heavy sherry or oak.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Apple blossom and candied lemon meet freshly baked bread, with pear sherbet and a touch of marzipan.
PALATE- Rich vanilla and sweet brioche run through pear sorbet and white grape, rounded out by soft orchard fruit.
FINISH- Long and opulent, closing with a delicate, fresh sweetness.
