Ginsin Gin
GinSin London Dry Gin, from Adinco Distilleries in Goa, took Gold and the title of Best Indian Gin at the World Gin Awards 2025. Its official competition tasting note describes a cracked black peppercorn nose with delicate soft fruit and floral hints of jasmine and honeysuckle, opening on the palate into a fruity, spicy character layered with pink pepper, jasmine, violet and plum. A Goan touch of locally roasted cashew runs through the finish. Bottled at 40% ABV. Serve in a classic G&T to let the peppercorn and florals come through.
