About This Bottle

Cutty Sark is the original light, smooth blended Scotch, launched in 1923 during American Prohibition and named after the famous clipper ship. Blended from grain whisky and more than 30 single malts, predominantly from Speyside, it’s built for an easy-drinking, mixable character rather than sipping complexity, and remains one of the world’s best-known bar-call blends.

 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE- Light and grassy with vanilla and citrus, lemon, orange zest and a delicate malty sweetness.

PALATE- Light and slightly sweet with malt and citrus, green apple, vanilla custard and a soft cream soda sweetness.

FINISH- Short and clean, honeyed and fruity with a gentle malt note fading quickly.
