About THis Bottle

Bottega Amaretto Accademia takes its name from the Accademia degli Acquavitai, the Academy of Spirits Distillers, a Venice trade school that taught the craft of distillation between 1600 and 1800. Bottega revives that four-century tradition with this line, a traditional Italian almond liqueur.
