Voodoo is described as India’s first cream liqueur, made from fresh Indian cow cream, whisky and Italian ingredients under a trademark held by the Nouveau group in collaboration with Italy’s Flavor Chimica, blended and bottled at Adinco Distillers in Goa since 2009. Bottled at 17% ABV, it’s been compared in the Indian market to Baileys, Amarula and Carolans, built around notes of crème caramel and whisky. Best served chilled or on the rocks.
