The nose is soft, with agave and cane molasses coming through, and the palate carries blue agave sweetness with rich caramel, closing on a fresh, lingering, slightly sweet finish. It’s smooth enough to sip neat but built with mixing in mind, equally suited to a classic margarita or a simple pour over ice.
