Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry Gin built on ten hand-selected botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon peel, and almonds. It’s a lighter, more delicate style than a classic juniper-forward gin, opening soft and slightly sweet before peppery spice builds through the palate. Built for versatility, it’s bright enough for a simple Gin & Tonic and balanced enough not to need much else. Bottled at 40% ABV.
