Hennessy VS is a Cognac from the Hennessy house in Cognac, France, drawing on around 40 different grape varieties distilled into eau-de-vie and aged in French oak. It is the entry point into the Hennessy range, the Cognac most people reach for first, built for mixing as easily as it is for sipping neat. Bottled at 40% ABV, it suits a Cognac and soda or a simple highball as readily as a Sidecar.
